Using Water to Optimize Training [Online Class]
By the end of this course, you will understand how moving water can naturally improve an athlete’s motor control, strength, and performance through isometric co-contraction and the removal of muscle slack. You’ll learn the basic anatomy and physiology behind co-contractions, how to use water to promote these co-contractions, and the process of individualizing training around anatomically driven attractors to enhance performance outcomes.
Your course will feature 2 separate modules of information and a workbook. Each module will be followed by a short quiz.
When you complete both modules and pass the quizzes by scoring at least 70% on each, you’ll receive your certificate of completion in an email.
