• Using Water to Optimize Training [Online Class] By the end of this course, you will understand how moving water can naturally improve an athlete’s motor control, strength, and performance through isometric co-contraction and the removal of muscle slack. You’ll learn the basic anatomy and physiology behind co-contractions, how to use water to promote these co-contractions, and the process of individualizing training around anatomically driven attractors to enhance performance outcomes.

Your course will feature 2 separate modules of information and a workbook. Each module will be followed by a short quiz.

When you complete both modules and pass the quizzes by scoring at least 70% on each, you'll receive your certificate of completion in an email.

  • The 2024 Baseball Skill Acquisition Summit: Where MLB Comes To Learn. On January 25th and 26th, at the 2024 Baseball Skill Acquisition Summit, Frans Bosch, Randy Sullivan, Martijn Nijhoff, Bart Hanegraaff, Rob Gray, Wieger Heijnk and Alan Kolb will demystify the elusive phenomenon known as athleticism. Our mission at the summit is to provide a comprehensive understanding, implementation, and integration of various departments, ranging from skill development to strength and conditioning, sports science, scouting, rehab, and front office operations, within both professional and college baseball contexts. The approach we advocate has resonated within the baseball community, including generating interest from MLB and NCAA organizations, thanks to its ability to seamlessly interconnect S&C, rehab, and baseball skills using a common methodology and language. WE TEACH YOU HOW TO TEACH ATHLETICISM! When you attend this transformational weekend, you'll be empowered with all the tools you need to revolutionize your player development process in:
